By using Juracich HDR (the “Service”) at hdr.juracich.com, operated by Juracich Holdings LLC, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You’re responsible for activity under your account. Keep your magic-link email and API keys private. Notify us of suspected compromise at hello@hdr.juracich.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process photos that violate any third party’s rights.
• Generate misleading or deceptive imagery of real property.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the API.
• Resell access without a written agreement.

Your content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload and to the edited outputs we return. You grant us a limited license to process and store your photos solely to deliver the Service.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily pause processing for maintenance or upstream provider outages.

Pricing & billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Unused credits on paid plans roll over per the plan’s terms. Cancel anytime; refunds are at our discretion.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of unused credits where appropriate.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”. AI-generated edits may contain artifacts; we recommend reviewing each output before publishing. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for disputes is New York County.
