- Why isn’t my PNG getting smaller?
- PNG is lossless, so there’s no quality dial to turn. To meaningfully shrink a photo, switch the output format to JPG or WebP.
- Is it private?
- Completely. Compression happens locally in your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server.
